Hello, I have been deleting the voice mails that I recieve on ZBP, but when I hit the delet all checked messages button it says successfully deleted X messages, but when i go back to the voicemail page it still shows the messages and the check boxes, but it does say deleted, so I was wondering, does that just delete the messages on the server for the phone, or does that get rid of the ones on the list that are checked and I'm just having an error or something?
I've wondered the same thing. If I delete a message online, the next time I log in, I still get that annoying message that I have a new voice mail message. I have to use my phone to call ZBP and delete messages that way in order to truly get rid of them.
I mean, the thing where you go to see what voice mails you have on the sight, I deleted ones on the phone and it still shows up, basically, there is a list of every vm I've recieved, even if the actual message is unavalible, I check the boxes to delete them, but when I hit delete checked messages, the list is still there.
Oh, got ya now. That doesn't bother me nearly as much as not being able to delete them from the site. But I se what you mean.
